Huntingdonshire Concert Band were given the incredible honour of providing music for the proclamation ceremony of His Majesty King Charles III in Huntingdon Town Square on Sunday 11th September.
The people of Huntingdon gathered to witness the reading of the official Proclamation of Accession of the new sovereign carried out from the balcony of Huntingdon Town Hall by Christopher Walkinshaw, Deputy Lieutenant for Cambridgeshire and Cllr David Landon Cole, mayor of Huntingdon.
The band were honoured to be asked to be part of history being made, in their home town.
